IT Applications Manager - Must know JDE

Position Overview:
Manages and mentors analysts or developers responsible for ALC's applications. Evaluates existing applications to determine technical changes, schedules projects and resources, and monitors project timelines. Sets and implements policies and procedures related to application quality standards and testing. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The position reports to the Senior Information Systems Manager and requires an individual who can work independently or as part of a project team.
Essential Job Functions:
Act as a mentor to the organization by sharing application experience.
Develop and review detailed program specifications from system design specifications or business requirements. Reviews, analyzes and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support the organization's applications.
Provide daily production support for all applications including Oracle, Exact Business Analytics, and others. Includes complex reporting and programming, ad hoc requests.
Analyze and develop logical resolutions for business issues from a technical and business perspective using Oracle EnterpriseOne applications.
Assist in the support of EDI and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

years of application development experience.
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Oracle EnterpriseOne toolset including OMW, RDA, FDA, TDA and BSFN's.
Experience with Oracle EnterpriseOne CNC functionality including security, package builds and Change Assistant.
Relational Database experience along with SQL Server.
EDI and Business Intelligence systems.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong team and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
