NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK ANY HOURS DURING THE TRAINING TIME FRAME - MOST LIKELY 6AM TO 2PM.
THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS APPLY:
GOOD ATTENDANCE AND PAST WORK PERFORMANCE PREVIOUS EXTRUDER OPERATOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT OR MOVE UP TO 50 LBS.
MUST BE ABLE TO SET-UP EXTRUSION LINES AND RELATED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE PERFORM DAILY MAINTENANCE OF EXTRUDERS DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN EXTRUDER SET UP SHEETS BACK UP FOR LINE FINISHERS CLEAN UP AND ORGANIZATION WORK AREA COMPLETE ASSIGNED TASKS INCLUDING SET-UP OF FINISHING EQUIPMENT MUST BECOME CERTIFIED TO DRIVE A FORKLIFT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES AND WORK OVERTIME AS NEEDED.
PAY POSTED IS START PAY ON 3RD SHIFT, WHICH INCLUDES A $.
75 SHIFT PREMIUM.
THIS POSITION ALSO HAS A MID AND TOP PAY, THAT IS EARNED AS TRAINING PROGRESSES.
THIS POSITION IS ALSO ELIGIBLE FOR EXPERT COMPETENCY BONUSES (PRODUCTION RELATED BONUS).
