Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions - Assist in the preparation of financial reports - Conduct account analysis and reconciliation - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy - Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting software - Knowledge of journal entries, account analysis, and 10-key typing - Experience with ERP systems is a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar role is preferred - Associate's Degree in Accounting (Preferred) Join our team as an Accounting Clerk to contribute to our financial operations and gain valuable experience in the field of accounting.
