6K a year Job Summary The Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who assist the members of the company's healthcare clients.
The Trainer ensures the CSRs have the knowledge, skills, and attitude to provide excellent service and to comply with the company's policies and procedures.
The Trainer also monitors the CSR's performance during training and provides feedback and coaching to improve their quality and productivity.

Let's make a difference together! Essential Job Functions Develop and update training materials and manuals based on the company's and clients' standards and expectations.
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing agents using various methods and tools such as presentations, role plays, simulations, and quizzes.
Assess the CSR's learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback and reinforcement.
Track and report the CSR's training progress and results using the company's learning management system.
Identify the CSR's training needs and gaps and recommend solutions and interventions.
Manage the training environment for maximum productivity.
Collaborate with the call center managers and supervisors to ensure the alignment and consistency of the training programs and the agents' performance.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare customer service and adult learning.
