Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile Take food and beverage orders Explain the menu items to customers Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency Bus tables and wipe down surfaces Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
Familiarity with food safety guidelines ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
