This includes but not limited to managing electronic data related to digital prescriptions and orthodontic files through TP Orthodontics' web-based prescription submission portal.
This position will also be responsible for fabrication of orthodontic digitized models, Indirect Bonding (IDB) and set-ups using 3D data manipulation software with 3D printing technology.
The individual will be expected to work efficiently as scheduled through our software system.
KEY TASKS Downloading 3D scan data and digital prescription forms from web-based portal.
Manipulation of 3D digital files to prepare for rapid prototyping.
Setup of teeth for orthodontic model- using 3D data manipulation software.
Creation of digital files to 3D printer for fabrication.
Cleaning and basing of 3D printed models as preparation for appliance build.
Processing Indirect Bonding (IDB) cases Assist with development of new Orthodontic Laboratory Digital Services, and with continuous improvements to existing services.
Interface with digital portal provider to resolve upcoming issues with system, or with implementing any changes to the web-based system.
Assist with additional orthodontics laboratory assignments, as needed.
Includes washing of digital models and other lab functions outside of digital.
All other additional tasks assigned throughout course of employment.
