Your tasks at RENOLIT ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Work with users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes and specific uses of business applications in meeting operational needs.
Supports business application users, reviewing and resolving process and application issues.
Serves as liaison between local entity and Corporate ERP-IT team.
Develop proposals and implementation plans for business system resolutions to user needs including resources required (personnel and costs) to execute.
Drive business system application related projects, to deliver against committed schedules.
Resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Regularly meet with managers and users to evaluate business system performance and as needed develop and recommend improvements.
Develop necessary knowledge base to become the subject matter expert (SME) in the interconnectedness of various business applications (SAP, COAGO, ATR, AZO, etc).
Follow all relevant policies and procedures (5S, Safety, ARC policies, especially IT-policies).
What we expect EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Degree in Computer Science or related technical field Knowledge of Maintaining and Handling of ERP-Systems (SAP) Hands on experience with SQL or other database platforms Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control systems Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels High safety and cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills within the department as well as with other departments Dependability on a daily basis Positive attitude, flexibility Responsible Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, reach overhead, bend, and kneel What we offer Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k Life insurance Paid Vacation 8 Paid Holidays per year.
